FAQs

ABOUT THE EVERYTHING PLUS REFERRAL PROGRAM (EPRP)

1. Q: What is the Everything Plus Referral Program?
A: The wireless discount program employees can share with anyone they wish to refer to Sprint. Unlike Employee Wireless Discounts (EWD) and Sprint Wireless Advantage Club (SWAC) programs, the employee is not liable for EPRP accounts. They simply refer the end user to the Everything Plus Web site where they can browse the great deals we offer: www.sprint.com/everythingplus, then sign-up for service under their own credit and liability.

2. Q: How do I send my referrals information on this program?
A: There are four ways to refer someone: 1) Send them an email from your smartphone; 2) Send them an email from your computer; 3) Hand them a wallet card; 4) Hand them a flyer. More information on each of these tools is available on the Everything Plus page on i-Connect.

3. Q: Do I have to provide any information to the person I’m referring to the Everything Plus Program?
A: Yes. You must give them  your Sprint e-mail address and last three digits of your CID, as they will need this to gain access to the Everything Plus Web site or to purchase through telesales.

4. Q: What is my CID?
A: This is your corporate identifier, the number that begins with 999 and can be found in Outlook under your properties. Remember to only give the last 3 digits of your CID to those people you’re referring.

5. Q: Can people who already have Sprint service swap to the Everything Plus Referral Program?
A: No. The Everything Plus Referral Program is for new customers. The offer allows employees to actively promote Sprint products and services to anyone by allowing them to sign up for a new line of service at an exclusive rate. A current Sprint customer can sign up for Everything Plus by opening an account and activating a new line of service. They cannot migrate or convert a current line to an Everything Plus plan.

6. Q: Once an Everything Plus Referral Program account is established, can additional subscribers be added?
A: Yes. When the individual you refer opens their account, a credit check will establish the maximum number of subscribers and/or lines he or she can have on their account. The best method for adding a line to an existing EPRP account is to call telesales at 888-882-4030.
