Baked Sweet Salmon Fillet
Hello everyone, I hope you enjoy my creation. This is my first recipes that I’ve shared online and not the last. I have decided to document in full detail what creations I make going forward.
I have been on a long journey to lose weight. I have gone from hitting 270 pounds and was around the corner to hitting a pant size 40. So, I’ve decided to make that change in my life. Eating healthier is not easy. Yes, it’s a challenge. But once I document what I eat and see what actually goes in my mouth, helps.
I have always enjoyed cooking, as far as I can remember as a child and now as an adult, even more. So if you have any ideas, please do share.
