Tomas’s 2013 RACES…

I've decide to keep a track of all runs for 2013. Here is a small list of my pass and future runs.  I have topped from the smallest 5k's to doing my first 1/2 marathon this year and super excited.

I do thank a dear friend of mine, that got me motiviated in living a healthy life style. "Thank you Manny Martinez" I just need that small face to face talk, and with no hold backs, I needed to hear it from someone else, that I was outta control...   I have to say, I needed to hear the truth. I was happy, but inside I wasn't so... Being the oversized kids as a child, and young adult, sucked!  So I was determined to change. Started off slow, walking the trials and walking to work.  Then I started with running, and which has changed my life.
